Kastner Westman & Wilkins, LLC is a labor and employment law firm representing management in all aspects of the employer-employee relationship. Six founding partners who had practiced together for many years formed the firm of Kastner Westman & Wilkins in January 2000.

In addition to our six founding partners, we have added attorneys and key professionals to our staff in order to provide our clients with sound, comprehensive legal advice on the full range of labor and employment issues. Our professionals and staff have extensive experience in providing management counsel on labor and employment, workers’ compensation, and employee benefits.

Our objective is to maintain a boutique labor and employment law firm that is focused on serving our clients while maintaining a professional, collegial atmosphere.
