Keith graduated with honors from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Keith attended law school at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he
graduated with honors in 1986. Since graduation, Keith has devoted his
entire legal career to the defense of businesses and employers in
employment-related disputes.
Keith concentrates his practice on equal employment opportunity
litigation, occupational safety and health defense, labor arbitration,
public sector matters before the State Employment Relations Board, and
appellate practice before the state and federal courts of appeals. Many
of the matters litigated by Keith have established precedent in their
respective fields, including the Henry Bierce Company v. NLRB, 23 F. 3d
1101 (6th Cir. 1994); Wilson v. The Firestone & Rubber Company, 932 F.
2d 510 (6th Cir. 1991); Bridgestone/Firestone v. URW Local 998, 4 F. 3d
918 (10th Cir. 1993); Wagner v. Allied Steel & Tractor (1995), 105 Ohio
App. 3d 611; and Secretary of Labor v. Eslich Wrecking Company, OSHRC
98-05 87 (1999).
Keith is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Supreme
Court of Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of
Ohio, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the First, Fifth, Sixth and Tenth
Circuits. He is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the
Ohio State Bar Association.<
