We counsel employers on a full range of employee benefit and tax
matters, including advice on the design, adoption, administration, and
investment management of qualified and nonqualified retirement and
executive incentive programs. We also provide counsel on a variety of
funded and unfunded welfare benefit plans, including cafeteria and
flexible benefit plans. In addition, we handle litigation involving
ERISA benefit plans and are experienced in dealing with government
agencies such as the IRS, the Department of Labor and the Pension
Benefit Guaranty Corporation.
