
Human Resources Consulting
For some of our clients, we are the human resources department. Other
clients turn to us for selected human resources needs, such as
supervisory training, preparation of an employee handbook, or
administering an employee opinion survey. We specialize in new plant
site selection, helping clients assess the labor, political and economic
climate in various locales.
Union Prevent
Unions today have become very sophisticated with their tactics for
organizing employees. The signs and symptoms of employee unrest are not
always apparent or, in some cases, may be ignored by the employer until
the organizing effort is already quite active.
We specialize in assisting with early intervention to maintain a
union-free workplace with services that include labor climate assessment
techniques, management and supervisory training, team building and
communications programs, and assisting with the design and
implementation of strategy to successfully thwart organizing attempts.
