Lisa handles all aspects of workers’ compensation and related employment litigation on behalf of employers throughout Northeast Ohio and statewide. Lisa has practiced extensively before every level of the State of Ohio workers’ compensation tribunals, including the Industrial Commission and the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, as well as trial and appellate courts. She has defended various alleged violations of specific safety requirements (VSSR).
Lisa earned her undergraduate degree from Manchester College and her law degree from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis. She is admitted to practice before all Ohio and Indiana courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Lisa is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association and the Akron Bar Association.
