Keith graduated with honors from Xavier University and attended law school at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, graduating with honors in 1986. Keith has focused his entire legal career on the defense of businesses and employers in employment-related disputes.
Keith concentrates his practice on EEOC litigation, OSHA defense, labor arbitration, ERISA litigation, public sector disputes, and appellate practice before the state and federal courts of appeals. Keith has established several legal precedents, including The Henry Bierce Company v. NLRB, 23 F. 3d 1101 (6th Cir. 1994); Wilson v. The Firestone Tire & Rubber Company, 932 F. 2d 510 (6th Cir. 1991); Bridgestone/Firestone v. URW Local 998, 4 F. 3d 918 (10th Cir. 1993); Wagner v. Allied Steel & Tractor (1995), 105 Ohio App. 3d 611; Welsch v. Empire Plastics, 24 EBC (BNA) 3002 (6th Cir. 2000); and Simmons v. The Firestone Tire & Rubber Co., 747 F. Supp. 1256 (W.D. Tenn. 1990).
Keith is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of Ohio, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern District of Ohio, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the First, Fifth, Sixth, Eighth and Tenth Circuits.
