Affirmative Action Compliance

Despite rumors to the contrary, affirmative action is alive and well. The U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs has stepped up enforcement activities through its Glass Ceiling Initiative and, more recently, audits focused on the pay practices of government contractors.
