Linda graduated with honors from Miami University in 1980, with a degree in Political Science. She earned her law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1983.
During her career, Linda has blended the practice of law with several intervals working as a human resources professional. Linda has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (“SPHR”) since 2003 and she is a member of the Akron Area Society for Human Resource Management.
At KWW, Linda’s practice capitalizes on her combined experiences as an employment attorney and human resources professional. She devotes significant time to instructing and advising clients on a broad range of human resources-related employment matters, including employee coaching and discipline, and effective management and communication strategies. She reviews and drafts employee handbooks and employment policies, conducts employee opinion surveys for private employers of all sizes, and provides supervisory and managerial training on a range of human resources topics.
