Stephen concentrates his practice on labor and employment law and employment litigation. In his role at Kastner Westman & Wilkins, Stephen advises clients on day-to-day decisions involving labor and employment matters, and represents employers in state and federal court.

Throughout his legal career, Stephen has defended employers in employment litigation and labor arbitrations, including cases arising under Title VII, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and various state laws. He has also counseled clients on issues relating to employee discipline, wage and hour laws, disability leave, workplace investigations, litigation avoidance, and unemployment compensation.
